Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received within two (2) weeks prior to your charter.

 

Cancellation due to inclimate weather (at captain's discretion) will be refunded in full or can be applied to a rescheduled date within the same charter season originally booked.

The Captain has the right to cancel any charter underway at his discretion and not provide a refund if:

  • Gross or negligent acts by the booking party, which may include:

    • Lewd behavior​

    • Illegal substances brought on board

    • Too much alcoholic consumption to the point that it endangers others

Tournaments

If you are specifically booking our charter during the Walleye Slam and Fall Brawl please note that ALL members of your fishing party MUST be registered with either one or both tournaments and carry a valid Ohio fishing license all at your own expense  The Captain and First Mates are registered with both tournaments.

The Captain nor the First Mates require any monetary proceeds from your earnings if your booking party should place in the tournaments.  All we ask is for recognition of our charter service.

Equipment

All USCG required safety equipment is carried at all times on our charter vessels.

All fishing rods and tackle required for the day or evening are provided at no extra cost.

Vetted Captain

Captain Tee has all licenses and safety training required to run a charter business.
